1 Handmade Porcelain Beads Burgundy Dotty Ceramic Bead 21mm x 25mm. White and burgandy spot ceramic beads made with self glazing bisque or biscuit porcelain, also known commercially as parian.

Parian is named for its resemblance to the immaculate white marble from the Greek Island of Paros.

The production of these handmade focal beads takes several days as they need to be fired, hand painted and fired again. The second firing is at 1240 degrees which makes these beads very hard and robust. Each hand painted bead is created individually so they will vary slightly in appearance and size.
