Your Bead Guides, Beading History & Beading Resources
Welcome to an area of BigBeadLittleBead dedicated to providing beading and jewellery makers with useful beading guides, beading information, beading instructions and beading tutorials, whilst bringing clarity to beading terminology and beading techniques.
These easy to read beading articles are organised across six broad categories, namely Beading Glossary, Beading Guides, Beading History, Bead Making, notable Bead People, and finally Beading Theory.
Should any of these articles contain a useful Bead A to Z, a Bead Chart or Bead List, an explanatory Bead Diagram, a comprehensive Bead Glossary, a step by step Bead Making Tutorial, or simply explain Bead Terminology, they will also be available as a free Adobe Acrobat PDF bead guide for you to download and keep. These PDF files can be found either in some of the individual bead articles below, or viewed collectively under the PDF Library, also to be seen below. The aim being to provide a collection of bead tips and beading guides for beginners, through to bead resources for those that have moved beyond basic beading techniques.
If you can’t find the guide to beading that you are looking for; you would like to submit a beading starter guide for inclusion in this area; or you have some beading advice of your own that you think we should pass on, then we’d love to hear from you either using our Contact Us page or by E-mail.
Please feel free to reproduce the information contained in these beading guides for personal or educational use, crediting Big Bead Little Bead as the source and providing a link to our site. If you wish to reproduce any of these guides to bead making for commercial use then please Email Us to discuss your requirements.
