Being an online bead shop we do not have the benefit of talking to you directly and your feedback and testimonials are an excellent way for us to gauge whether we are meeting your needs, or whether there are areas where we can improve our customer service for you. It also helps potential customers of BigBeadLittleBead judge whether we are a reputable beads supplier, with good quality beads and jewellery making supplies, who strive to provide a efficient, fast and reliable service. More, they were beautifully wrapped, not just in paper and bubble wrap, but tied with nice purple string and a metal Christmas tree tag, and with a little Father Christmas-shaped chocolate inside.
